“P” Exterior Door features Innovative Production Technology Our wood exterior doors look to preserve the beauty and versatility of wooden doors while attempted to eliminate most of the problems associated with traditional board technologies such as; tearing and shifting of door coffers, warping of leaves, uneven discoloration of individual door elements, cracking and corrugation of veneers and problems with joint fillers.Robust Design
Doors are designed for superior thermal and acoustic insulation. Feature a pine-meranti or pine-oak frame reinforced with sheet metal and a “C” shaped profile. Standard thickness is 72mm but customers can choose for the doors to be up to 82mm or 102mm thick. Internally the doors feature a polyurethane core providing stellar insulation with a 7mm or 12mm thick waterproof meranti, pine, or oak plywood that is brushed down, then painted/lacquered over the top.Lacquer
The finish lacquer is created by hydrodynamic painting with water-based paints from or color range or RAL opaque paints with ADLER Protor system. Proctor is a 2-component exterior door coating system with above-average resistance to weathering and wood-damaging fungi. Thanks to its high-level hardness and scratch resistance, the Protor system provides extreme durability of exterior doors for years to come. The wood used to make veneers differs in terms of color, texture and consistency. Due to this any single tree may feature significant differences. All doors are protected with a multipoint lock (3-points) or two independent locks (with the addition of an optional top lock - creating 4-points), durable and robust burglary-proof hinges, as well as a sheet metal reinforcement providing a sense of safety and preventing burglary.Produced with the environment in mind
Environmentally-friendly water-based varnish and wood from legal Polish forests are used in the production of these doors. The waste generated during production is collected and recycled.Sizing and Customization of color, glass, and door system
Sizing
Hinge doors can be up to 300cm (~118 inches) tall, up to 150cm (~59 inches) wide for doors without deep milling or glass and 130cm (~51 inches) for doors with milling and glass. Sidelights can be up to 125cm (~49 inches) wide. Pivot Doors can be up to 150cm wide, or 120cm for doors with glass or milling and up to 250 cm tall.Colors
We feature a wide range of custom colors, colors that compliment the wood material, finishes on top of doors that imitate the look of knots on wood, as well as the full RAL color range.Window Glazing/ Finish

Any of our wood exterior door models can be made in a double door or pivot door system. Any model can be created in a Pivot doors system and are 82mm or 102mm thick. Our standard hinge doors also have the option to have no frame between the door slab/leaf and the sidelight glass, giving a completely flush look. Sidelights matching door design rather than standard full glass sidelights. **All Wood doors entry doors are custom order and pricing is based on client specifications. Sample Pricing reflects standard size door in simple standard oak w/ standard hardware and setup - sidelights and any other customization will be an additional cost**
Colors
**New Rustic Oak Color also available (sample not shown!)
-These colors come in three different woods – Meranti, Pine, and most popularly Oak – these different woods all provide a different texture / grain pattern with the color.
-Knotty Oak is the same finish color as Natural Oak but features Knots on top of the finish, these same knots can be put on any Oak doors.
-RAL Full Color range features the full spectrum of colors allowing you to customize the doors to thousands of colors/shades ranging from RAL 9005 (Jet Black), to reds, greens, blues, and everything in-between.
*Color selection should be made in person using sample book for most accurate color portrayal.
Glazings/ Glass Finishes
*We also offer One Way Mirror, Reflex Grafit, Sandblasted, and Milk (Reflex brown is standard)
*Glass is offered in P4 Safety glass as well
