Construction

Two deep-drawn, tension-leveled, galvanized steel skins are polyester painted and encapsulate a high-density injected polyurethane core, bonded with polyurethane adhesive. Section joints are sealed with a polypropylene bulb thermal break anchored within the core. This delivers superb thermal performance, durability, strength, sound deadening, and dent resistance.

• 3-layer construction: steel + injected polyurethane + steel.
• 26-gauge section steel skins; finished painted coat, primer, galvanized layer over the steel core.
• 20-gauge heavy steel end stiles.

• Limited lifetime warranty against rust-through for the original homeowner (10 years in other residential installations).
